After Dr. Lei Ding received her medical degree from the highly regarded Capital University of Medical Sciences in Beijing, China, she practiced cardiology in Beijing for 5 years in various university hospitals. She was in charge of a large cardiac intensive care unit and was the youngest physician to be given the title in the hospital’s history.

In 1999, Ding, Lei M.D was accepted by UCI affiliated hospital — Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), and then started her second residency training, specializing in Family Medicine.

Ding, Lei M.D completed her residency training and established her own private practice in City of Industry, California in 2002. Ding, Lei M.D is an active medical staff at Whittier Hospital Medical Center.
